WholyFit is low-impact Christian devotional exercise. This co-Ed monthly ministry seeks to restore the mind, body and soul through scripture, prayer and worship. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Rays of Hope is a small group that meets Friday mornings at 9am. This group gets together for a time of prayer and works on outreach projects, such as making bagged meals for Manna on Main Street, filling backpacks for Laurel House, and assembling Blessing Bags for the unhoused.
